CloudBleed: check if you visited sites affected by CloudFlare’s security issue
CloudBleed is the unofficial name for a security issue discovered on February 17th, 2017 that affected CloudFlare's reverse proxies.
CloudFlare is a large provider that is used by more than 5.5 million Internet properties according to the company's website. It offers CDN and DDOS protection, optimization technologies for websites, dedicated SSL and a lot more.
Google discloses Edge and IE vulnerability
Google disclosed a security vulnerability in Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer yesterday that Microsoft failed to patch up until now.
This is the second vulnerability that Google disclosed this mean. Last week, the company disclosed a Windows vulnerability that affected the gdi32.dll dynamic link library in Windows.

Mozilla reveals plan for themes in Firefox
Last year, Mozilla announced major changes that it planned to implement that would change Firefox in several fundamental ways.
The deprecation of Firefox's long-standing add-on system in favor of WebExtensions is probably the change that will have the largest impact on the Firefox browser and users.

Microsoft Edge’s “something missing on this page” message
If you follow the release of Windows 10 Insider Build releases, or have installed one on a PC, you may have noticed that Microsoft put a lot of effort in recent builds to improve the system's default web browser Microsoft Edge.
Edge is a rather bare bones browser, which is refreshing when you come from Internet Explorer, but disappointing if you expect the same level of customizations that Firefox offers for instance.
TeraCopy 3.0 Final is out
TeraCopy 3.0 is the latest version of the popular file transfer utility for Windows designed to speed up and improve the user experience.
We reviewed TeraCopy for the first time back in 2007 here on the site, and looked at a development version of TeraCopy 3.0 in mid 2016 as well.
The first public build of TeraCopy 3.0 was released by its author in December 2014. What followed were several beta and release candidate versions, before the final release.

Advanced Font Settings is a free browser extension for the Google Chrome web browser that gives you more control over fonts on sites.
Google Chrome gives you some control over fonts in the browser's settings. You can modify the default font size and page zoom level, and customize the following types of fonts with a click on the customize font button which opens this page chrome://settings/fonts in the browser:

Chrome: The “HoeflerText” font wasn’t found scam
It is interesting from a purely scientific angle how attackers come up with new methods and schemes to distribute malicious payloads on to user systems.
The "HoeflerText" font wasn't found is a recent attack that changes website text so that it looks as if a font is missing, to get users to download and install an alleged update for Chrome that adds the font to the system.

What Is Windows Defender Application Guard
Windows Defender Application Guard is a new security feature of the Windows 10 operating system that Microsoft revealed back in 2016.
The company revealed back then that it would integrate the feature in a future Windows Insider build before shipping it with the new feature update of Windows, the Windows 10 Creators Update.
