Troubleshoot and Correct Errors

THE SERVICE

Do you feel as though your PC isn’t working as it once was. Are you experiencing new problems with software or hardware? Whatever your PC problem, we can discuss it and figure it out, things may not be as bad as you think!

Our service includes

• Initial assessment of the error/problem.
• Correction of the error /problem including research if necessary.
• Demonstration that the error/problem has been fixed.

WHAT IT COSTS

Our Troubleshooting service is charged at our hourly rate of $125. This is prorated in 15 Min increments after the minimum  1 hour charge which is dependent on whether the service is offered on-site, off-site or remotely.
